What do you love about MLP and its fandom?

It has a decent gripping story plot unlike most of the cartoons seen on Cartoon Network. I like FIM because it teaches morals which is sorely lacking in many of the cartoons. There are lessons to learn in every episode and this is what I grew up with. -

My first choice is Twilight Sparkle, because she is so bookish. Before I had computer, I was quite bookish myself. I was always reading and it has helped me to improve my English. Second choice is Applejack. I loved apples and am always looking for apple sauce. The first episode showed Applejack's entire family, and there were so many apple dishes! If I stay with this family for a month, I would not want to see apples again. -
Hello, Leaf Shade. I have just joined this forum too. I loved Applejack as well, especially in the first episode. She and her entire family members were seen in that episode, and poor Twilight was so full of apples.

I grew up watching the 1986 My Little Pony series, and enjoyed all the episodes. When I was a young girl, I was a tomboy, climbing trees. I watched the boys' shows such as He-Man, Thundercats, Transformers, M.A.S.K., and other shows of the eighties. I was trained to be independent from young, and did not cry when I am away from my family. I am tough unless someone or something hits me really hard or with a sharp object. Then I will cry. I usually do not cry unless it is a hard fall or if ghosts disturb me. I did fall after leaving a shopping mall one night, and I cried. I love Shining Armour and his wife.
