      I post the statuses to vent, I use it as an outlet. Pretty much they should just be ignored. However, no amount of positive thinking can ward off really bad anxiety..

      My mind thinks things constantly and things I don't want to think about even if I don't want to. Sound weird? It is, but I know my brain is not the most stable, thanks to hydrocephalus.
