I have played it on Xbox One X. Performance issues aside, the game is good for what it is, but the game itself is just way too barebones for it to have a 93 right now. Unless the PC version has a bunch more content, which I highly doubt.
It's like Five Nights at Freddy's, it's popular because of livestreams and let's plays. (moreso the former) It's popular because the right people played it.
