I have a fairly simple view on it all: If someone says something like "I don't like black/asain/Latino people" or "I don't like gays/transgenders", then I automatically do not like that person at all.
I am saying there is a difference between "I dont like" and people making jokes that those people may find offensive, but the person not meaning to be menacing about doing so...
