@Samurai Equine Cause greedy game corporations don't make any money off used game sales, with some even quoted as saying buying used is "as bad as, if not worse than, piracy". That and they want to make sure you never properly "own" a game ever again, simply borrow it from them and they can take it away at any time. There have been several digital only games in the past that have been killed and made virtually unplayable this way.

I know. I saw a video all about it by Guru Larry. There have even been games that you can't fully unlock all the features of simply because you didn't buy the game new within a very short window of time.

Thank goodness for people on YouTube making videos to archive stuff that we're missing out on. The only thing they've done by doing stuff like this is encourage people to just watch Lets Players and such.

Lets Plays are how I "play" most games nowadays anyway.
