ooc Last of Ones Kind

Long ago there was a time when Dracomancers were an abundance, but now,only one remains. Dragon Riders calls them abominations. Each one made pacts with a single draconic spirit. This lets them assume the form of a humanoid Dragon. Now there is only one. His kind was wiped out by Dragon Riders. Now hunted, can he survive or can he recruit more people to become his kin once more? Dragon Riders that's the word for People who rides dragons and call them friends. They sought the destruction of the peaceful Dracomancers. During the hunts for those so called abominations, the Dracomancers, alongside the Dragon Riders hidden by naïve eyes were the Praesidio Exercitus, headed by Lady Florence or more formally known as Lady Velma Florence. Now the three factions are at war with each other.

I have nothing better to do, so I guess I'll play second fiddle to this. I'll play my Humanized OC Jack/John. He's in my signature so you can look over his stuff there. I guess since this is Human only(on a pony forum no less) My OC will look Like John Marston from Red Dead Redemption. You can google the name if you dont know what he looks like.

Hey there, I think I'll finally get down to applying for this, since I have a bit of time now... Anyway, since I don't have a character sheet for the character I'll just post everything here.

Character Name: Lily Osiris

Faction: Dragon Riders

Appearance (With a non-modern outfit... I made this in a character creator for a space game, so the outfit doesn't match the period): http://imgur.com/fg4q5Eg

Background: Lily was once a dragon rider at the forefront of the war. Her talent for magic and bond with her dragon that bordered on symbiosis contributed greatly to her lethality, but also led to her becoming complacent and over-confident. Both of these feelings were shattered when, due to a series of mistakes on her part, her dragon was killed in what was supposed to be a routine hunting mission. Consumed by grief, she suddenly realized that she was willing to do anything to once again connect with her beloved dragon in any way. However, since that would likely never happen she instead swore that she would do her best to prevent another dragon from being killed. This led to her realizing that Dracomancers weren't the evil beings she was taught they were, and while she continued to act according to the leadership of the Riders, she began madly developing new spells, both defensive and offensive, in an attempt to protect the dragons she so loved. These contributions led to her being promoted to regional Grandmaster, and as such she began trying to urge the Riders in her area to be less aggressive, but realized it's only a matter of time before her lack of support for the establishment will be uncovered, which could lead to her being killed by the ones she wants to protect.

Personality: Lily attempts to keep her grief to herself, and it has greatly passed since the events many years ago. As such, she has become a positive and friendly voice in the Riders, attempting to keep the peace between groups and protect civilians and Riders alike. Despite this, if someone threatens someone she cares about, she will show them that she is still every bit as powerful of a sorceress as she was years before.

Abilities: Lily specializes in elemental and force magic, particularly force shields and fire/lightning bolts. Her abilities are multiplied exponentially by the crystallized essence of her fallen dragon that she keeps in an amulet at all times. In addition, she has weaved a multitude of protection and amplification spells into her armor, making up for the lack of her dragon with a massive amount of magical power.

Alright the second one is the old Draconic tongue only the grandmasters of the Dragon Riders know. The first one is what the current generation of Dragon Riders either know instinctively or know through study

Unlike you, I have a lot of stress I have to deal with these next few weeks. Im trying my best so if you can stop the sarcastic dribble, that would make things better before they got worse. As I've said before, I have to sort through a lot of notifications. I dont know if that takes you some time, but it does for me.

Unlike you, I'm not assuming anything. Do you seriously believe you're the only one who has stress? Drop the attitude and I'll drop the sarcasm. I know what it's like to have plenty of notifications, but your attitude is a serious problem.

And yours isnt?  For someone who claims to know what having stress is like, you fail to empathise with the person you are calling names. For that you are being incredibly rude. As for the notifications, again you fail to comprehend the most basic human emotion, which is empathy.

I empathise with you plenty, and the fact that I know exactly how much of a dick I sound like puts me in a position to say you're being just as bad. Look, let's go back to being civil, and maybe we can work things out.

I agree, I dont want ill feelings to ruin an rp. I'll be an adult about this and admit that you are right. You probably have more experience dealing with stress than I do. I admit I was being a tool, and for that I apologise. I Didnt mean to attack you, I just needed to vent a little. I will try to keep more up to date with the rp, and if I get left behind its my own damn fault....friends?

Sure, friends. Also, feel free to PM me at any time if you need to vent, I'm apparently at least a decent listener if people ask me to be. I'm pretty experienced with stress, but it's mainly finals/travel/class stuff. I'm really sorry I blew up like I did, I'm just used to people who act like that being incredibly self-centered and dickish.
