Hard to say we Mark Henry is strong enough to pull 2 industrial sized trucks and while we haven't seen the full extent of Iron Will's strength we know from both the show and mythology that he is incredibly strong.

Minotaurs are known to be strong in the show and mythology, though we never really see the extent of his strength on display. As for Mark Henry, we have seen how strong he is when he pulls or lifts large objects.
