here my picks  solar empire members: me, rainbow dash, applejack, twi, scootaloo, white coated royal guard members, cadance, shining armor, wonderbolts, big mac, granny smith

 

 

 new lunar republic members: rarity, sweetie belle, bat ponies, dark coated royal guard, trixie, gilda, shadowbolts, djpon3/vinyl scratch, octavia.  

 

 

peace core members: fluttershy, pinkie pie,applebloom, derpy, doctor whooves, berry punch , lyra, carrot top,

Most likely the lunar republic, because of its advantage with night time Arial Raids (bat ponies) which normal pegasi could no be able to perform correctly due to vision impairment. Plus it is known that Luna can eclipse the sun, so she could make it night all the time, making the opposing pegasi (including rainbow dash) useless.

But this is only true with your listing on who would be on what side. Twilight would always side with Celestia and Twilight's friends would always stand by her, cadence would ay with twilight, so it would be three alicorns versus one, plus a lot of ponies probably still look on luna with mistrust and put it as her being nightmare moon again. So to my great dismay I would have to say the Solar Empire.

If we assume everypony has the all the attributes pinkie does due to gag me can assume them to be able to use their tails and manes as limbs, break the fourth wall, a cake eating earth pony can outspeed the athletic/military rainbow dash, and has a party cannon which would have has a cannonball/arrow based cannon as a predesecor to create.
