Likely a low percentage of unicorns given that at least some of the town rituals seem to be against magic-use (Winter Wrap Up), so they haven't had as much influence in the way the town has developed. However, that same ritual didn't have that prejudice against pegasi abilities interestingly enough. So pegasi would be likely be the next most populous next to earth ponies.
