Backstory: Ferina was a small filly growing up in Ponyville where she met her friend Sapphire the two were inseparable, until Sapphire had to head to Canterlot for magic training, Ferina went to Cloudsdale for flight training at the flight academy , a few years later she finished top of her class and was offered a chance to join the Wonderbolts to which she declined and she headed back to Ponyville to see her friend who left a long time ago, she has remained in Ponyville ever since. She grew up in a very competitive family, for both their parent's attention and strength. Although she is quite fast, her siblings were always faster. they teased her and called her names, so she is quite self-conscious. She gained a fear of falling during a race one day when she was just a filly. She was always interested in gem cutting, and gained her cutie mark one day after cutting a perfect heart out of a large red gemstone.
Other: Ferina has a Silver Ruby Heart Pendant which she treasures dearly it was a gift from her friend.

Okay you can your OC seems interesting and the Dark backstory is nice

 

Ok, and for rps where I use his colt version, I'll have it be before he goes into the forest, so, he still lives in the orphanage at this point
