Help turn my traditional outline into digital art

Here's my outline. Is there anyway someone could color this for me so it could be digital art? This is more or less a collaboration I'm looking for here. Her colors are off to the side. 

Appearance: Light sky blue coat with 3 white legs and a white nose. Her main and tail are light gray with a white strip in the middle. The style somewhat resembles Fluttershy's but a bit more wavy. The end of the white stripe fades to red. Light gray eyes. Light gray Hooves. Light blue wings with white tipped feathers. She's a short pony not real muscly at all. Average flier. Usually wears her scarlet red scarf. Has glasses.

If I were to do it, I would have to take it to GIMP and redo it there. Unfortunately, I don't have an art tablet...

I'm not sure if you missed this part but. "The end of the white stripe fades to red (in the hair). Light gray eyes. Light gray Hooves. " Besides that it looks great! ^-^

Okay, will fix. 

Fixed. It was hard to get the red shading in.
