Custom Blocks on Blogs not working.

I'm trying to add a new custom block to a blog of mine,but it's not letting me. I type in the Title of the block, input what I wanted and clicked "Add custom content block" It reloaded the page, and nothing happens. I tried again, and still nothing. I've tried this with a couple of my blogs and it doesn't seem to work on any of them. I have a custom block on one blog, but I'm afraid of editing it incase it disappears.

 

 

I'm running the newest Google Chrome on Win 7 Ultimate 64.

 

I'm also able to add regular, predefined blocks, from the drop down menu, such as "Latest visitors" and the like.It's just the custom ones that don't seem to work.

I've been testing too on Google Chrome,and the same happens with me.

 

It lets me create a Custom Content Block,but,when I try to post it,it doesn't show.But the prefixed blocks,like Latest Visitor work,so it must be a bug from the option.

 

EDIT:Confirmed.I tried with Mozilla Firefox,and it happens the same.It's the option,who probably will be bugged.

I can also confirm that the "+ Custom block" does not work in contrary to the other various blocks. As such, I would suggest you open up a support ticket so that a developer can take a look at this.
