Well, Fluttershy has a bit too long neck and your OC has some anatomy problems. But the drawin is cute

Your background is fantastic!

Some things you could fix though, your OC's snout is a bit tall. His wing needs to be bigger, most pegasi's wings at least partially cover their cutie mark. The neck could be a bit thinner. His chest seems to bulge a bit much. A big thing you missed would be both your OC and Fluttershy's back legs are flat, they should have a bend in them.

 

A few more nitpicky things would be that the cutie mark should shift slightly due to the perspective and the tail should probably be a bit thicker.
