So, after my sister gave me that painting of Rainbow Dash for christmas, I decided to try getting into some sort of art...

 

I attempted singing, but basically broke my lungs.

 

Now I decided I'd try something that (hopefully) won't kill me, drawing!

Not bad for a start, but if you are serious about getting into drawing you should probably get away from redrawing existing works and get into drawing your own poses (sorry if this sounds harsh, but this is a trap that many new artists fall into).

I tried doing something without a reference (except the mane, I forgot what her mane looked like). It's Applebloom with a hat and a bandana, because I thought she'd look cute in it.
