Twilight's First Time on the Internet

Hey! I'm RainDash Dragon, You may have seen me in other parts of the forum but not much in this section. 

 

This is my first piece using a drawing tablet and using Sketchbook Express from Autodesk.

It's not very good and I was wondering if some of you more advance digital artists could give me some tips on how to make straighter lines. and possibly what other art softwares I could use. (For Mac  )
