I was inside a small bakery looking around for food or something useful. I kept my knife in my sheath as I open a box to only find nothing. I tossed the box away and searched a little metal container. Inside it I found...

I didn't take anything. It was all useless. I took off my helmet and stared at the white ace of spade symbol on it. "The world has gone to shit. Am I the only one left?" I asked myself. I put the helmet back on and walked into the backroom where the stoves where.

I looked around the streets to make sure the coast was clear, don't wanna get shot now, or worse...

I could be safe but who knows for sure. I ran for a small building hoping to avoid attention.

As I walked into the damaged building near what looked like bakery, I was rummaging through every container and came up lucky,

"Hmmm a Meat Cleaver. I could use this"

With the meat cleaver there was meat which I best left to finish rotting.

"I guess I am in a butchers but it doesn't look like much, useless city, hold on ponies don't eat meat... A corpse..."

The light armour was starting to hurt so I sat down on an old wooden chair in the back of the 'butchers' to adjust it.

The city was dark and smelled of the stench of decay. Hovering over the city, Thunder Blitz surveyed the area around her for any signs of actual life, not undead. There just seems to be hordes of them walking, or should we say, lumbering around. Screams were heard in the distance as somepony must be being devoured by an unseen hoard. Thunder shook her head and thought, Another pony bites the dust, poor sod.

 

Clutching her bowie knife close to her, Thunder flew down to see if she could uncover any survivors or even just some better weapons. The knife had come in handy against single targets, but hoards will simply be much too tough to take. She slipped into a building, hopefully unnoticed as she searched around for anything useful that hasn't been scavenged yet. Moans soon filled the air as some of the beasts approached. Thunder hid from view as the moans seemed to move on. She breathed a sigh of relief then continued to search for any supplies.

Charisma was sitting on a couch, above a bakery, he had a fag in his mouth and half eaten stale donut in his hoof.

 

He heard somepony moving around downstairs and he kept his eyes on the door leading down to the bakery.

 

"Fuckin zombies, ruining life and shit, god damn it, I saved cash all my life and now its useless"

 

He stood up and walked over to the window, he could see the butchers, and somepony moving around inside.

 

"Sweet Celestia, they're moving to frozen meats now, are they gonna start hitting K-mart next for fuckin mustard"

As I fixed my armour I realised that the infected were more agitated than normal.

"Walking corpses... Is there ever any peace? Guess not"

I suddenly turned very tense when I heard a noise towards the front of the Butchers as I used my magic to keep the Cleaver up.

As I stood staring towards the sound an infected pony lunged from round the corner which in turn made me quickly aim for it with my Cleaver and slash towards it killing it luckily.

"FUCK! I have to be more careful"

Without realizing I shouted and hoped that there was not a big hoard of things in the area. I grabbed the chair I was sat on a while ago and blocked the rotted door.

"That had better hold until I know I am safe"
