Ziggy had jumped in place with glee at the sight off the ice Blizzard was able to make, not even aware that earth ponies was able to do this at all. When she had studied, it kept going on and on about how only unicorns did magic, but now she was seeing with her own eyes that it wasn't that simple. She'd been here less than 24 hours and this place was already showing her so many fun things.

 

At the sight of the dreamy look on Blizzard's face, she hadn't been able to help herself and she had gone to the side of him, and said the words in a low, friendly yet slightly taunting tone. She had nothing against him, it was just fun to play along with things like that.

"How you're not moving by rolling is beyond me Storm. Really is."

 

The stallion had gone through the pile in less time than it had taken Last to get through half the one she had going currently, and considering the stack that had been there, she wondered where the hay he put those things? He wasn't exactly pudgy or anything, so what was this? Did he have a black hole in his stomach or something?

Blizzard heard the pegasi's words and was still in his dreamy daze, and waved shyly to the purple and white mare that approached her window, "hehe yeah, that's Rarity, *sighs again* she's so wonderful! The element of generosity, makes nice clothes, and she can fight! She once kicked a manticore in the face like it was nothing! And she's so beautiful....(  ) but you can't tell anypony that I like her!" he said with a serious expression  :okiedokielokie:  on his face and then went back to his normal facial expression  , "Please? I think I'd die of embarrassment if anypony else knew. ok?"

 

"So I think it must be interesting to meet somepony like me. Wanna take a walk with me and I can tell you about me, and me about you?"

Storm laughed, "Silly Last! Muffins have achieved a state of divinity! They are not held back by the laws of weight that bind most Baked Goods!" He paused, "Well that and I exercise and move a lot." Having explained that, Storm began nomming another muffin that he had pulled from.. Somewhere.

Ziggy stretched her legs a little and giggled slightly under her hoof at the, granted, not very grumpy looking Blizzard. There really was a lot of love in this area it seemed, and though it was tempting to play with the strings a little and see if she couldn't bind them together, it wasn't something nice to do, and she'd behave herself. Poor Blizzard would get his chance to sort it out himself one day more than likely, and he could use the time to get the courage for it and not be put on the spot because she was playing match-maker. A game that tended to only have losers.

Storm and Pinkie really had shattered her perception of what the laws of physics where even there for, even if she had only known them for a little time, so what the truth was here she wasn't sure about. Cause realistically, even without the muffin that he seemed to pull out of thin air, he shouldn't have been able to move after the stack he ate. Made the exercise less probable in the world she lived in before, but now might as well be true.

 

She took a chunk out of her cupcake again whilst watching him. Perhaps she could see where it was that he pulled those things from before settling on *thin air*

Storm noticed Last watching him, and assumed she was looking at his muffin. "Want a lemon muffin?" He asked curiously, holding out a previously empty hoof that now had a wholly intact lemon muffin cradled within it's nonexistent grasp. "The lemon glaze over the top is awesome! Adds just the right lemon kick with that subtle lemon from the rest of the muffin."

Blizzard asked the strange pony zebra a question, "So what's your special talent? What does your cutie mark stand for? You seem like a pretty decent flier, but I wanna know what's your special thing? And how did you get your cutie mark? I got mine by discovering my ice powers, which I did by somehow fusing with a weird crystal that I found when I was a colt."

Hooves against the dirt, walking through the Everfree forest, with her Cape on the hood covering her head. Silva heard voices in the distance. 'Ponies in my forest? I have to investigate, it is rare that ponies come into my territory. Not many ponies come, not after T...twilight Sparkle and her friends.'

"I'm a doctor, specialised in bones. I got my cutie mark when I graduated from medical school back in Las Pegasus, so not as exciting. Not complaining though, after the growth pains I was happy for some peaceful goings. For a bit anyway, got bored and wanted to see Equestria."

 

It was the basics of things, minus a few details she figured wasn't needed right now. Not because she was too secretive or something, but when most of your life sums up as *was in hospital*, you learned to make a few holes to have something to talk about later.

 

"So you're like a sort of elemental?"

She looked a bit at the inviting muffin he held out towards her.

 

"That being said, that really do look like a good muffin...

 

Awh what the hay, Inter-dimensional muffins is not likely to kill me sooner than anything else."

 

With that, Last slowly grabbed out and took the offered muffin, sinking her teeth in and trying to see how it'd be. He eyebrow raised slightly in surprise at the taste. The glaze really did go rather well with the muffin.

A dragging sound was heard as Blitz had gotten the un-used things in her bags out, had spread the bag around one of the bundles of ice, put the things in front along with the gathered bark and was now in the process of pulling it in slow jerks towards her hut. It was a bit heavy in it, but there was simply too much to leave it behind, and she'd likely need to come back here and see if more was left when she had dropped this off, just to not miss things.

 

Blitz barely noticed things around her. Just the bushes, where she had come from, the pony that was suddenly there, not to back into bushes. All the regular things basically. Although, normally she didn't forget when she noticed somepony near her, but right now she'd had a brain fart and was mostly focused at the task at goof. Perhaps she'd notice if the pony started to move, speak or something. Guess they'd see.

Blizzard replied, "Yeah, I am. I got my powers from an ice spirit within a crystal that said I was worthy of having these powers she gave me. Because most other ponies wanted her power for....well power or to sell her for money, but she denied them from doing so. When I stumbled upon her crystal as a colt, she figured I was worthy of the power because I intended to study and find out more about the crystal, and decided I should have her power. And well here I am."

It sounded a bit strange to Ziggy, but what did she know? The world was a big place, and it could have all sorts of things happening out in it. Spirits giving away frosty crystals wasn't That far out if you had an open mind, and with all the time she had spent away from it, she'd keep an open mind about nearly anything since frankly, she didn't really know better.

 

"So, what do you do with it? Make ice sculptures? Ice chunks for those who've hit themselves? Skate all over the place? Gosh, there's gotta be So many options."

A vague smile was seen on Last's face before she took another minor bite out of the muffin. Considering that Storm apparently didn't know where they came from either you could think of it as found, mystery cake. Or litter to be honest, but eh. It tasted good, so consequences be damned for now. Sides, Storm seemed to eat a lot of these and he wasn't currently looking ill, so it was a point in favor of risking it.

 

"How did it go last night after you went up with the fillies by the way? Any issues with getting them to rest?"

Blizzard replied, "Well, I am a part-time ice sculptor, and your right there are a lot of options. But uh, let me show you some of my art. Ba-bam!" He said that and made a hoof-held ice sculpture of Ziggy, "Well, whaddya think?" he said bashfully, "for my business I usually charge 5 bits for something like that, 10 for a life-sized one, and 15-20 for a fountain sized sculpture. But since I just feel like doing something friendly, this one is free for ya."

Silva studied the ponies in front of her, hearing them talk about their special talents? Interesting.... 'maybe I should make myself known?'...'that would proably be good.'

Storm chuckled, "Not much, they were out like lights as soon as I found their nighty-night music box." He informed Last with a cheerful grin. "The hard part was trying to get out of my job as Pinkie's plushie after moving her from sleeping on my back, to sleeping on her bed..." Storm laughed a bit at that, remembering how he'd been pulled onto the bed to act as a plushie/pillow for the surprisingly strong pink earth mare.

Silva trotted forward to the ponies, clearing her throat. "Excue me, good ponies, but do you know where i could find something good to eat?" Silva asked, in a strong voice, yet caring not wanting to scare them. Looking directly at the ponies small frames.

"Uuuh, nice!"

 

Ziggy grabbed the ice sculpture in her mouth, then leaned back in the air and began to gnaw on herself, feeling the frozen surface melt and ice splintering to her bites. It was about then she heard somepony behind them and rolled further back, making her practically float in the air on her back with the wings extended, looking down/up (Depending on whose view) on a pony with a green mane wearing a cape..

 

She tried to say something, but considering she was currently munching on her own head like it was a frozen lollipop, it came out a bit muffled. So instead she flipped around, planted her hooves on the ground, then folded her wings in and took the ice sculpture out of her mouth for a little.

 

"Hey there. Something to eat? uhm, well, that depends on what you want. Apples? Pears? Muffins?"

 

Ziggy did was in a quick motion next to the green pony and looked around with a sneaky look before lifting her ice-holding hoof and pretend to be whispering, though still speaking at normal level.

 

"Fish perhaps? Cause I swear, I saw a pony fishing on the way here yesterday."

 

She was messing around a bit, but it was something that came to her when she was feeling giddy, and right now she had plenty of reasons too. She had gotten a pretty nice thing from Blizzard, and now another pony came over and talked with them. And not just a pony: A tall one like herself. That really was a clincher for her, since she was almost always just standing tall over everypony. It was far between she got the chance to actually see eye to eye with anypony.

 

The ice sculptor went back towards her mouth and she began to gnaw on the head again. This was going to get interesting.

"Good, the little ones looked like they could use some sleep near the end last night. And considering how good a grip Pinkie had in you when I last saw you, I'm not surprised you're here this early then. Easy to be here early if you didn't leave, eh?"

 

A sly blink got into Lasts eye before she took another chunk of muffin. From how Storm described it, she was thinking that he wasn't all too eager to try and wrestle away from her grip either. Which was fair enough after all, why shouldn't he get some rest too? And that way, he would be near in case the fillies woke up during the night and Pinkie was far away in dream-land.

Blizzard jumped back in surprise, "Woah heeya! *falls on back, then guts up and dusts self off* Ugh, uh something to eat uh well there's a LOT of things to eat around here. There's a market which sells fruits and vegetables, Sugar Cube Corner that has more sweets than you can count, and there's an apple farm where you can buy apples." He then was confused and asked, "I'm sorry but who are you? I'm Ice Blizzard by the way and that's Ziggy."

Storm chuckled sheepishly, "Yeah, can't say I didn't enjoy being the resident plushy for my favorite pink mare either..." He admitted with a grin. "Besides, I would've been back in the morning anyways. No point in putting a bunch of effort into leaving that late just to come back in a few hours for my morning muffins."

The ice was out briefly to make her talk before she started to gnaw on the head again, this time looking exaggeratedly like she was thinking really hard about things, looking towards Blizzard. Eventually, the ice went out again, and she spoke her mind towards the both of them.

 

"I wouldn't mind a muffin, and Blizzard seems to like the sweeties so... How do you feel about baked goods unknown friend?"

"Can't fault you for being time efficient, though perhaps the priority..."

 

Last stopped and looked down on the half muffin in her hoof, then shrugged her shoulders a bit.

 

"...Nah, forget I said anything. These things are pretty darn good."

 

With that, she took another chunk of the muffin and slowly chewed through it. She had to focus not to just eat the glazed part first and leave the bottom alone, but it would really be a pity to not have any glazing near the end with this one, so she kept herself in check. Couldn't have it turn disappointing near the end after all.

Ziggy bounced a little on the spot with an even bigger grin on her face. She'd been awake for like, 10 minutes, and she had already met two new, fun ponies, And she'd be able to grab a breakfeast goodie. Today was starting of Really well.

 

Oh, perhaps she could ask if they had pears this time? She hadn't checked last night with the Pinkie and the Storm and the itsy bitsy fillies to play with, but if they where going there now, it was a sure good time to give it a go.

Blizzard was having a good day. He had met new ponies and was about to make friends with another. "Come on Sugarcube Corner, or the SCC as I like to call it, is that way! Who wants to race there? Come on, racing will be fun!" He said as he got into a race-ready position.

Ziggy more or less disappeared as her wings lifted and she began her uneven, sharp flying towards the door as nothing more than a line in a few shades of pink. Blizzard had gotten a bit of a head start, but no way was she going to loose like that when it got to a small race like this. Nuhuh, the little one wouldn't get his victory that easy.

Blizzard was skating as fast as he could to Sugarcube Corner, "Aha! There it is! Almost there! Oof" Then he tripped over a rock. "Dang it I'm gonna lose. Oh well." Knowing he was far behind and might lose, he still kept on skating to get to Sugarcube Corner for sweets.
