They fight in Gotham's sewer networks. Both have knowledge on the other, but haven't prepped for it. Inside the sewer tunnels there is a hunting rifle and machette placed in random spots, whoever finds it first, can use it as they wish. Bane can win by knock out, since Kraven is currently immortal. 

 

I think Kraven wins, he's able to put down a rhinoceros with a single punch and numb Spider-Man's arm with a nerve strike. He's also a better hunter, which will help him get the weapons

They're in the same strength class, but Kraven is much faster and his pain tolerance is through the roof, considering he got his sternum shattered and still had enough strength to dislocated Spider-Man's elbow

Kraven is a 2 tonner according to his stats, you can explain his showings with freakish knowledge of nerve strikes(he mentions that the nerve punch he used on Spider-Man would have paralyzed a normal human, it still left Spidey tingly for a day) or that Spidey holds back.
