I don't know much about White Phoenix other than she's powerful, so forgive me if this is a mismatch

Anti-Spiral is a bit smaller, save his Anti-Spiral Giga Drill. That being said though, he's more powerful than his size suggests, considering how easily he fodderized the whole of the Gurren Lagann team until Gurren Lagann's drill stalemated and shattered his giant form
