She's the most skilled(except Levi) of the Titan hunters

 

This is a pretty crappy example as the Titan wasn't trying to fight back and Mikasa's mental state was shit, but it was the best I could find

With such speed Shocker is doomed. Sure, in his first appearence he destroyed an entire theater with Spidey in, but he lacks in strength durability and speed way too much, in comparison to that lady.

He can tag Spider-Man on ocassion, I'm sure he can keep her away, especially if he hits the cables she moves around with. Shocker's vibro blasts would probably make them vibrate and throw off her movement pattern. Though it's doubtful he'd aim for them

And of course, Shocker has shown in many times to be sorta dumb.

When? I've never really seen him be dumb, hell, he invented his own gauntlets and upgraded his suit at one point to the point where he was tanking sniper bullets to the back. Spider-Man villains really aren't that dumb. Even Rhino is of average intelligence(when he's not jobbing)

Mikasa has more skill as a fighter, that much is certain, but with the equipment you've given them I'm inclined to go with Shocker. The Titan hunter just isn't taking a hit from Shocker's equipment and coming out in a good state at all, she's definitely not surviving 2 hits.

They have a decent amount of intelligence as villains go, but when they're fighting they aren't the best tacticians. Most Spidey villains got captured after two confrontations with Parker, but Shocker was defeated right after he left Spidey.

 

Not even Vulture got defeated so fast. And I like Shocker, I think by design and personality in most adaptations, he's one of my favourites.

 

BUT if Shocker hits her she's done.

Comic wise, Vulture is a good tactician. After getting his hands broken and imprisoned, he was able to walk Rhino through the way to open up his cage so that he could bust him free.

 

But yeah, fair point.

 

Shocker has a better chance in the first round, as the space is more limited and she'll want to protect civilians. Also, she's not used to fighting humans

One hit is really all it takes. His blasts were able to tunnel through the solid steel of a bank vault and he claimed that if he ever hit a regular human with them "Well, let's just say we'd get to figure out what would happen if your bones suddenly turned to mush"
