Looks pretty cool, colors aren't anything extravagant but at least it isn't dark and edgy red and black ^^

Also the subtle body features that show him as a variation of flutterbat are neat. I have to ask if the wing is part of the whole 'bat' thing or not because at first I just thought it was just a weird misscolor or some sort of prosthetic wing.

I want to see him jamming since his cutie mark is an electric guitar

 

Overall: not a ponycreater pony and not hideously unoriginal so 10/10. Build more on his 'rock' cutie mark for his personality and it can get an 11/10

Really like the OC! Seems really great, but if you're going for a bat-pony look you could make the coat color darker, and make the wings look a bit more like the body. I love the cutie mark, though, and the coat-mane contrast looks amazing. Great job on this!

anyways, they only thing i would say to change is the yellow. the yellow is fully saturated, and if you look at the show and the character's coat/wings, the colors arent fully saturated.
other than that, the cutie mark is quite simple and i like how his mane looks like fire. c:
so, good job with this fella!

Oh he's adorable. I love your use of the bat wings and fangs. I especially love the ear tufts.

My only suggestion would be to use either color variation in the mane and tail (white highlights, or two shades of yellow?) or to break up the solid hair color with lines like Fluttershy and Apple Blossom.

So I notice a lot of people are saying that the color scheme should be a bit darker since it is a bat pony (not the Flutterbat kind, but more of your run of the mill bat pony), and I want to say, thank you for your imput, and I will do my best to improve the color scheme.
