I have 2 favorites. 

 

My second favorite is Tara Strong simply because she did a wide range of voices in western animation and I recognize her very well since she's in so many shows I'm familiar with.

 

However my favorite voice actor is Vic Mignogna who is pretty much the Tara Strong of Anime because he does so many voice roles in many anime shows. And has a cool voice. I think both Vic and Tara would make a great couple. No just kidding.
