I made this PMV because Twilight is my favorite pony.

You have a really good sense of timing and transitions. I was pretty much drawn in at the start despite the familar scnes due to how well they fit with the beat. And that continues throughout! 

 

If I were to suggest an area for improvement, I think that the video was a bit scattered in its focus. I mean, it was about Twilight Sparkle - but, say, look at another Twilight celebrating PMV:

 

 

It's full of Twilight, but also has a little storyline going on that really enhances things. Try that with your next video. Makes things more interesting in my opinion.

 

Nice work, though. Always happy to see more PMVers on this forum.

Yeah, making a little storyline was kind of difficult considering the song used doesn't contain a lot of lyrics, that being said, can you recommend a song for me to do my next PMV on?  Also, thank you for the feedback, it is quite helpful to me.

As for song ideas, well, problem is, I'm a PMVer too. If I think a song will make for a good video, I'd rather grab it up for myself. 

 

Some ways I find music to use is to think of a subject I want to cover, then look up "songs about x" and go from there. Other times, I'm just listening to music and something pops into my head. You can also ask others on this forum for help who don't have a vested interest in using all the good ideas up. Taking requests like that can be interesting.

it took until the current time

 

Hmm, well, it took until this year (starting from late 2012) to really get a flow of subscribers not based on EQD/PMV Today features. Consistently doing work and consistently getting on those sites is the best way I know to get noticed, really. 

 

Leaving detailed comments on other PMVers' work is an excellent way of getting discerning viewers to look into your work too. I mean, you checked out how many subscribers I had, right? What goes around comes around.

never got the whole princess twilight thing since shes meant to be a god or something under clesstia and luna

 

but a good video anyway
