If you watch "MMMystery on the Friendship Express" backwards, it's about a bunch of fancy chefs meeting up at Canterlot and barfing in the shape of fancy deserts before going their separate ways.

 

"Winter Wrap Up" is about Twilight being removed from her position of relative power and failing miserably to help the other teams bring on winter, but still trying to be hopeful even after her fall from glory.

Applebuck Season is about a magical Earth pony that can decorate trees with apples with her friends, but then begs them to stop helping her. After she finishes her brother doubts she did it alone.

Magical mystery cure, where Celestia is very disappointed in Twilight and her actions.  She shows Twilight all the things she has done wrong in life (because she has been stalking Twilight) and takes away Twilight's wings.  She also mixes up Twilight's friends true selves because Celestia never really cared about Twilight's friends.

Friendship is Magic Part 1 backwards is about Nightmare Moon not wanting the night to last forever and going back to the moon. Twilight Sparkle wants to leave Ponyville so Pinkie Pie throws a going away party. Twilight bids farewell to the rest of the Mane Six individually, then goes back to Canterlot where she and Celestia live happily ever after.

"Bats" In order to save Applejack's blighted apple trees, Twilight uses mirrors to turn Fluttershy into a giant bat. Leading by example, Flutterbat teaches the Vampire bats how to inflate withered apples and stick them back into the trees. Once they get the hang of it, Fluttershy is free to return to her normal lovable self.  Then five of the mane six sing a delightful song about how they still F'ing hate the bats.

"Swarm of the Century" In the guise of throwing a parade for the visiting Princess Celestia, Pinkie Pie uses her unique musical abilities to lure a huge number of Parasprites into Ponyville in an attempt to destroy the village. Hoping nopony notices her crime against pony kind, she frantically races around trying to put back all of the musical instruments she used. Caught up in events, Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Rarity bring in another huge ball of the insectoid creatures to try and hasten Ponyville's downfall. Seeing the error of her ways, Twilight saves Equestria by casting a spell that makes the Parasprites turn cannibal and consume each other, one by one. Feeling pity, Fluttershy saves the last one and sets it free when it bargains for it's life by magically creating a whole bushel basket of apples.

MMMystery on the Friendship is the tale of Pinkie Pie miraculously coughing up a delicious cake, and everyone's quest to return it to Sugarcube Corner. They meet a bunch of diverse bakers on the train who steal portions of the cake, and Pinkie and Twi decide to play detective in spite of already knowing exactly who the culprits were. They find a bunch of scattered, random things around the train and return them to the crime scene in an effort to frame somebody before they discover that the other bakers are ninja spies, dedicated to protecting the original cake, and Pinkie goes to bed and finds her dessert whole again in the evening. Big Mac walks it to Sugarcube Corner backwards.

Luna Eclipsed. Luna's hanging out with everybody on Nightmare Night, but she's sad because nobody will give her any space. Pinkie takes pity on her and runs away screaming, but this doesn't satisfy Luna either. Fed up, Pinkie gathers all the children in down and leads them to Luna, who flees to Fluttershy's cottage for safety. Finally, she screams at Twilight, flips out at the townsfolk, and flies off ominously into the night. The episode ends with Twilight and Spike admiring their own costumes, much happier without any moody moon princesses.

In "One Bad Apple", Babs Seed comes into town, tells off Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon and makes friends with the Cutie Mark Crusaders. However, this friendship is short-lived as they get dirty for no reason and ride a broken parade float at the Summer Harvest Parade. Babs decides Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon are better friends and harass the Cutie Mark Crusaders who sing about her until she somehow fixes their float. The CMC refuse to allow Babs to join to their club and she returns to Manehattan.

Princess Twilight Sparkle backwards: The mane 6 go super saiyan and steal the magic from everyone in Equestria, then a kind centaur named Tirek goes about giving his own magic to everyone individually, causing him to grow weaker until he becomes old and frail, then he returns to his home in hell aka Tatratus (hell sounded funnier.).

Too many pinkie pies: Twilight Sparkle mad with her new found spell had Pinkie watch paint while she shot out copies of her with her horn, filling the room with the pink party ponies. They hop around fixing problems till pinkie decided she had enough and went to a magic pool, tricking them to erase themselves till there was only one left. She had liked that one, but it was to stressed that all her companions had vanished so she ended up erasing herself as well, leaving Pinkie Pie alone.

I remember Kurt Vonnegot's novel Slaughterhouse Five (I remember it, but I can't spell it)  The protagonist watched a war movie run backwards .  The dead rose back to life & the bombs were sucked back into planes, returned to factories, & rendered harmless by the workers.  As applied to the ponies,  fun but too much work right now.
