Some corrections and details:

Her tail touches the ground in length and is slightly unkempt (a little but shorter than Fluttershy's).

 

Her eyes are darkened like in this image derpicdn.net/img/2012/11/15/15…

 

Her pupils are a bright blue.

 

Her cutiemark is the chair and whip and not the collar and dogbone.

(they're both mares btw.

Could you draw them holding/cuddling each other under a tree?

 

(Sage is wearing a witch's hat and Astral is in her tux and top hat )
