I totally understand. So I know I could just make anything as an examine to the role of princess Luna but how about you give me a scenario to test the role? You get what I mean?

Yeah. Hmm how about 2 small scenes with different factors? Instead of just 1 long one. Lets me see how you handle two diff scenarios.

 

1st, Princess Luna is having to deal with some day to day royal duties. Like holding an Audience, blessing the opening of some new grand building or something like that.

 

2nd, would be a confrontational/fight scene. Where she first encounters the dark pony (Doesn't know his identity yet)

Several problems.

 

1st you need a 1 paragraph personality.

 

2nd you need a 2 paragraph history.

 

3rd I don't like having OC's being related or compared to Canons.

 

4th your OC is screaming Mary-sue to me just personality-wise. being beat up 1 time does not make a character not a mary-sue. Put up some personality flaws. That might actually fill out the 1 paragraph personality requirement.

 

5th Don't try to OP your history. You can't automatically be the fastest or most talented. Even if you are comparing to Rainbow Dash, its still OP.

Here's my OC, Amber Dust. I can give you more info on her upon request...I have plenty. ^^' Maybe too much. I think she's enjoy being a hero. And her cutie mark talent could be quite useful against hear enemies.

 

This seems like a nice and cool idea, but...

Just a tip: you probably shouldn't have the whole story planned out already--the RPers should have some influence on that, otherwise it might become...difficult. I guess what I mean is, be prepared to be flexible.

 

 

Anyways, if you need it, I can RP some canons, too. Princesses included! ...Probably not Pinkie Pie though. She's a little too...sporadic.

As for the story, I have a general story planned out, but RPers can still influence the course of events.

 

As for canons, they are up for adoption pretty much or else RP'd by me. If you have an eye on any you can go ahead and PM me some RP samples and I'll more or less give you a Yay or nay lol.

I guess, but since nopony posts or anything I guess not? I dunno. I've pretty much given up hope that anypony else will really join. I've only got 2 people that have applied and been accepted and even they haven't posted in the RP thread because I believe they want more people as well. Sadly nopony else is showing up or posting up their characters, etc.

You could always just change your angle. Give the thread a new title and maybe re-write the original post a bit to try and attract more RPers without scaring them away.

Blergh sounds like a lot of work for little hope of gaining anything. I've already tried 4x before hosting RPs and they've always ended up dying anyway. I feel like this might be just like those other RPs except I'd be putting more work into this one just have to have it die. Sorry for pessimism here, might just be the weather messing with me I dunno. My opinion might change and I might do something, but right now I am in doubt of this RP ever becoming an actual RP and it will more or less remain as one of the many OOC Discussions that never took off as a RP .3.

Nah its alright. The only way I can do this RP is if I get like 3-4 more people to sign up with good characters. If you have a good character and know about 2-3 other people with good characters that would be willing to sign up.... yeah. Might get this to work i dont know.

you could switch it from panning to searching in the title, it might help...
