That's actually pretty good work for MS Paint and PowerPoint! Although, I would recommend a better program that I use. It's called Paint.NET. It's completely free, and has so many more tools to use, and a better user interface. You could do all you did in that picture within that program too! You can get it at http://paint.net/ if it intrests you!
