OC designs

What are some good programs for designing good OCs? I need something so my OCs in my Fan Fic can be designed. I may make a video out of it soon and can't draw worth a crap.

I would draw your OC but I can't do digital, just drawing pencil/sharpie.

Yeah I can draw you OC with pencil and sharpie. If you want it drawn that way.
