She was the head of the project, but when it failed she gave up on that job and became Luna's little spy. She is now charged with watching Dark Mist under the guise of a flower shop pony, Dark Mist even believes it, this deception is soon broken when Rosa has a change of heart. But Rosa tries to put the blame all on Luna, but LUna shows her the whole event as it takes place. This is what makes her question her whole life in that village, her memories are false ones implanted before the experiments began. But slowly sinks into madness as the voices she hears make her do the things she does, even in the second story. For example, she turns on the two guards in her own castle, making a game out of it for her own amusement. Eventually, turning them to statues for her castle. This is her new personality after she becomes this way: Cruel, heartless, arrogant and seems to put up an air as if she were royalty. If you'd like to know more, you can PM me if you like. As for the second, she loves to visit her friends and go see her parents after closing shop.
