You have good reason to be proud of that. It's excellent for a first try. Well done! Excellent! Keep up the good work and I can't wait to see more!

WOW!!!

That looks freaking awesome. Almost flawless. Question is, where is her cutie mark?

Honestly I don't see any issues other than her cutie mark missing. You did a fantastic job with this.

I brohoof you for a lifetime. /)  :)

Looks incredible on the basis of a first attempt. Shading could use a little work, maybe the ear could be slightly taller? Other than that, I can't really see anything that far off. Anatomy is great, and the hair texturing is pretty nice as well. Great job, again, especially for a first try.

Thanks for the suggestions. Shading is something I need to work on. I've never really tried shading anything until now.. I usually just draw the outline of ponies on paper and call it good.. :c

Yea, if there's an aspect of art to work on it's definitely value/shading. Shading is what finalizes the 3D feel of a scene; to a point where it's fairly impossible to achieve the same feel without proper shading. And don't get me wrong, your shading isn't bad, it can simply be improved. Shading is probably one of the hardest parts of art in the end, especially when it comes to complex entities such as most animals/humanoids, or objects with a lot of curves and edges. What I would suggest to you is just keep practicing and try to trust your instinct, one can generally tell if something seems right or wrong. Shading is something you can't really learn from a tutorial as it's so variable, so just keep at it and you will get a better and better feel for it.

Anyways, as I said, great work. And good luck with shading :P
