So did anyone else watch Better Call Saul?

 

If so, what do you think so far?

 

 

 

I think it looks like it's going to be pretty good. It definitely has the Breaking Bad feel to it and the same dark humor.

 Who knows, Maybe John De Lancie might even show up at some point.

 

 

 

Breaking Bad:

 

Walter White ==> Heisenberg

 

 

 

Better Call Saul:

 

Jimmy McGill ==> Saul Goodman

 

 

Anyways, It's definitely a 180 from MLP.

It's great! Way better than I expected that's for sure, especially the 2nd episode. It's Breaking Bad Zero y'all.

I haven't seen it and when I heard of it, I did not have good expectations. Characters like Saul were likeable because they were only seen occasionally. It's usually why these sorts of shows end badly.

The show is a prequel to Breaking Bad. We pretty much know how this series will end, or at least that Saul and Mike don't die before Breaking Bad.

 

The funny thing is that in Breaking Bad, viewers liked Saul because he always came through got done what he said he was going to get done. (I forgot where I saw/read that but it was a good source.)

 

All in all I think its going to be pretty good. Breaking Bad followed Walter White's entry into the criminal world, and this series seems like it will be similar except it's following Saul and his start.
