Not visually, but Goldberg, Moose, Roman Reigns and Yota Tsuji have football ingrained in their wrestling styles.

Congrats to Zack Sabre Jr. for becoming only the second ever Gaijin and first ever Englishman to win the G1 Climax. The TMDK frontman will be breaking with tradition and cash in his world title opportunity in the same building he won this G1 in, Ryogoku Sumo-Hall at October's King of Pro-Wrestling show, with the goal of walking into the Tokyo Dome as the champion.

It is with a heavy heart I must inform you all that former ROH COO Joe Koff, has passed away at the age of 73 after a lengthy battle with cancer. 

Joe was the man who saved ROH. He's the guy who got Sinclair to buy out ROH and take it to its highest earning years. He co-produced the first All In. He helped plant the seeds for AEW. He fought hard to keep ROH on the air and everyone employed during the pandemic. And it was during the pandemic he made sure ROH was the safest company in America to work for. He was a real one. He was a wrestling fan at heart in the place you least expected it. 

Rest in power, Joe. May your legacy live on.

The king of strong style will face UFC fighter turned NOAH wrestler Ulka Sasaki. A dream come true for Ulka, as it was Nakamura's match with The Great Muta on New Years Day last year that inspired him to move from the Octagon to the squared circle. A dream that will come true again two years to the day, in the very same historic Budokan hall it all went down in.
