Star smiles as Twilight let them in. She says, "Doing well. I meet some new friends today. But first things first. Those identifying spells you taught me worked to a degree. It seems I am still unable to identify items with extreme magical energies. Second, can you please identify the orb dawn is holding. That was the item I was talking about when I discovered about the extreme magical energies problem. I can't seem to identify the item completely."

 

Star moves aside to let the others in. It seems around twilight she isn't really the quiet type.

Freezing stood silent behind the rest of the group through all the walking after he led them out of the forest. When they got up to Twilight's tree he remained at the back of the group and waited for everyone else to go in before he did... Mostly because he was in the back but also because he was scared of what might happen.

 

(im sorry about being late! I was uncreative some days ago... And shot it over to the next day and then the next which is not so rare for me. But here i am with my willpower!)

Twilight nodded slightly as Dawn and Tempest entered the library. "Interesting. You are learning quickly, and that is pleasing." The unicorn then glanced at the two new ponies.She wasn't expecting to see a bat pony and was stunned at the sight of Dawn, but she quickly got her bearings. "If I may ask, who are you two? I don't think I've seen you around?" She asked, somewhat curious.

 

Tempest nodded slightly and smiled. "My name is Tempest. I remember seeing you a few times in Canteelot, but that was a few years ago."

 

Dawn was a bit nervous, but managed to look at Twilight. "I'm Dawn." She said, as she levitated the orb off of her back. "Do you think you could identify what this is?"

 

"I don't think I've ever seen anything like this, but I'll try." With that, Twilight's horn began to glow and so did the orb.

Star went over and grabbed a book. She says, "It might take a while. Might want to grab a book. Especially if she wants to study it. Spike can I have my usual tea? That one zecora said helps with mana drain."

 

She sat at her usual spot and began reading the latest Daring Doo.

Feezing had gone in after the others and closed the door himself, he then just stood there waiting... Since he has no interest in books and dont really know or want to socialize with the others. Then he saw Spike the young dragon and thought 'a dragon? i thought... nevermind'

 

(You guys know he doesnt want to socialize so why force me to write?)

Spike nodded slightly and did just that.

 

As Twilight attemped to identify the strange orb, Tempest and Dawn conversed a bit. From this experience, the bat pony learned that the alicorn had found the bracelets she wore in some ruins in the forest. Dawn learned that Tempest had found something similar. "I guess that's some coincidence." She said. "I mean, we both find powerful artifacts that have transformed us in some way."

 

The bat pony nodded and smiled. "If you need help, I would be happy to oblige." He said, before sitting on a pillow and meditating.

When spike got back with her tea she claimed a single cup instead of two, like normal. She says to Dawn, "Please try the tea. Spike, my second cup give to her. She probably isn't use to the increased magical power that comes with being an alicorn and the strain. Don't get me started on that."

 

She sips the tea as normal and reads her Daring Doo book.

Spike nodded slightly and gave a cup of tea to Dawn.

 

The alicorn smiled slightly and took a sip. It definitely helped her relax. "Thanks. I needed that." She said. The alicorn knew that there was some strain when she had first found Baz, but that had somewhat subsided when she began to gain control of her powers. Despite the time she had spent as an alicorn, she still had a bit to learn when it came to control.

 

From the shadows of a nearby building, a being watched the tree house. "I cant believe that one landed here of all places. Oh well. It should be easy pickings from here." It thought.

Star nods to Dawn and says to Freezing, "Don't you have a book you like or are you just the silent type?"

 

She then looks to Twilight and asks, "Miss Twilight, Do you need any help?"

 

Star closes her book and looks from one to the other waiting for a response.

Freezing gave a weak smile back and said ''Well i dont like talking that much really, besides i have nothing to talk about and i dont have any book i am interested in.'' he said trying to brush the conversation off as he really didnt feel that is what they needed to do right now... Well it could skip time somewhat.

Twilight shook her head as she finished the spell. "From what I can tell, the object in question contains a massive amount of power, but it does feel incomplete. As far ask know, there could be more of these out there." The alicorn then thought of something. "Where did this come from exactly?"

Star shrugs and says, "It fell from the sky like a commet. So beyond our world is all I can guess. But the biggest questions are, how and why it is here? As for how I guess it flew from its origin to here across Luna's sky. Maybe The other princesses may know something being as old as they are and being immortal does have its advantages. Can you use your magic to locate the origin point of the orb? Or even the location of its counterparts?"

Twilight shook her head and sighed. "Even if I could cast a spell like that, we would have no way of finding the others." She said. "I think the best option would be to keep it here for the time being."

 

A large explosion then rocked the library and outside, fires spread through Ponyville. Tempest's eyes shot open as he noticed the predicament. ""What was that?"

Star was up and by twilight in moments. Her strength partly releasing leaving imprints of her hooves in the floor, a flying book and a spinning airbound tea cup in her wake.

 

"Twilight? I have a bad feeling about this and they never have lied to me before."

 

She looks to the others as if to see what they would do.

Freezing stood there just silently listening to everyone and looking around before hearing the explosion. He disapeared with a teleportation as it scared him. He had teleported outside and saw the fires spreading in ponyville before opening the door to the library from the outside as it was never locked apparently.

"Strange..." she thought. "That wasn't me..." She shrugged. "Well, whatever." she said before strolling off.

Bright walked merrily through the marketplace, scooping up apples and oats. He leaned over an apple. It was so red, so appealing, so- BAM! Suddenly, a large explosion went off near the library.
