Tyra grinned as the watchknights were led out of the arena. Now she and her allies could have a fair fight.

 

She immediately took her attention to Blizzard, who vaulted over her and began running his mouth again.

Scowling, she quickly turned and began throwing punches at him.

 

"If only your hooves moved as fast as your mouth!" She taunted back with a smirk.

caliber shifted, and dashed at tyra. "hoof-to-hoof, eh?" he said, as he started attacking. he used his unpredictable style, and was rapidly striking anywhere his sword would reach. "thats a new one!" 

 

since when did tyra use hoof-to-hoof? ah, he'll worry about that later.

Blizzard stood there and waited for an attack to come his way. When he saw Caliber attack, he jumped in the way and countered it, "Mind if I cut in? COUNTER!" Blizzard countered Caliber's attack and an ice clone came behind Caliber and kicked him, while the real IB did the same to Tyra.

In the audience was shadow sitting in the crowd observing.

He still had a few stitches on his chest. But he didn't really care at the moment.

All he wanted to do right now was to watch the fights.

Until he struck upon that one thought he's been thinking on since when he was eating at the restaurant.

He tried to let go of it but the thought was stuck in his mind like a tick on the skin.

Tyra had her attack deflected by Blizzard, which had her turn and see the clone behind her. She gave the clone a hard kick, shattering it into ice shards.

 

"I know your tactics too well, friend," she smirked, and went in toward the real Blizzard to aim a haymaker toward his face.

Blizzard put up an ice barrier with his forleg, and blocked Tyra's attack, "Too slow axe girl. grra!" he then pushed Tyra back a bit with his leg. "Try again. I'm still waiting." Blizzard said cockily once again. By using his Maverick style he could somewhat predict moves and defend better.

caliber grinned, and switched to battou-jutsu again. he started inching towards ice blizzard. "witness true power. witness true speed." he said quietly, before making a slash so fast, it was almost impossible to see. ice blizzard just barely dodged the first one, but caliber had turned around, and slashed again. all in a span of a second.

Tyra smirked darkly, and used a strong headbutt to smash through the thin ice wall.

With it weakened, she could leap at him with a tackle, which he barely avoided along with Caliber's first attack.

 

"You must never underestimate an opponent," She warned him, still smirking, "no matter who they are!"

Blizzard fell back a bit, "Woah, ok then how about this!" Blizzard leapt at Tyra, threw her into the air and kicked her to the ground, "Take that! And Caliber....think fast!" Blizzard dived at Caliber, swept him off his hooves with a kick, and kicked him again into the wall, "Boo and yah!"

Tyra had the wind kicked out of her as she hurdled toward the ground, but she managed to manoeuvre herself so she'd land on her hind hooves.

 

Using the trajectory, and deciphering where Blizzard would land, she sprang forward toward him, with her leg positioned for a punch to the jaw.

Blizzard didn't see it coming and had taken a hit to his jaw, "Aah! *flies a bit and lands* Ugh...." Blizzard then activated his Balanced style and ran back towards Tyra at full speed and punched her square in her forehead, "Take that! And this!" Blizzard then made an ice box around her, and slammed it on the ground.

while ice blizzard was distracted by tyra, caliber took this chance to gt into position once more, and when the ice cage came into play, caliber attacked with yet another fast slash.

 

there was no way he could dodge this one, o he'll stop when his blade is up against its target.

Blizzard had activated his ice back shield to protect him from Caliber's attack, "You'd thought I'd miss you?" Blizzard let go of control of the cage and gave Caliber a nasty spinning backhoof punch to the face, "Bam! And don't forget the spikes!" Blizzard made several ice spike rise from the ground.

Tyra threw up her defensive leg to block the forehead blows, but found herself surrounded by the ice cage.

 

However, thanks to Caliber, he'd lost control of the cage and it shattered around her.

Taking note of the ice spikes, she leapt up and dove down onto Blizzard while he was distracted, wrapping her hindlegs around him while using the forelegs to punch him in the head.

caliber felt the punch, and retaliated by catching the hoof that was thrown. he grinned, and raised his sword, prepared to strike. hen tyra leaped on them, and he was wrenched away. there was a collective awww from the caliber part of the audience.

 

caliber, kinda mad that his win had been taken from him, kicked tyra.

Blizzard was trapped by Tyra's attack, "Good one..but you're forgetting...." Blizzard made his body so cold for that Tyra would lose her grip on him. "Feeling chilly? Axe girl? Or how about this? Expansion shield!" Blizzard made an instant shield around him that bounce Tyra away, "Yeah!" Blizzard's audience section cheered loudly. "Thank you, thank you. Take this Caliber!" Blizzard jumped at Caliber, and slashed his cheek with an ice dagger.

Tyra just barely felt the cold on Blizzard's body, raising her eyebrow as she quickly wondered why he thought he could beat her with a climate she'd grown up in.

 

She was, however, bounced off by his shield, but managed to land on her hindlegs and project herself into a sprint toward him, preparing for a shoulder tackle.

Blizzard saw Tyra running at him and attacked, "Double sideways wall!" Blizzard attempted to put two walls on his sides but had a power failure, causing the walls to go angled, as if there was a roof above his head, "That's not what I meant! Oh well, gotta improvise." Since Blizzard had to wait for his power failure to rest, he waited on the other side of the 'roof' construct to attack.

caliber had touched his cheek. seeing the blood, he grinned. "okay...so you think you can use bladed weapons on me?" he asked, before getting ready to full-on use all his available skill. which resulted in slashes so fast, it seemed like there were two swords instead of one. "yeahaha!"

 

if by the off-chance his target would fail to dodge/block, caliber would be able to stop his sword before it got dangerous.

Blizzard got low to avoid Caliber's slashes, and did a breakdance style kick to sweep him off his hooves, "Gotcha!" And before Caliber landed on the ground, Blizzard kicked him again to keep him in the air, gave him an uppercut to send him high, jumped into the air with him, and gave Caliber a double-hoof downward slam, sending him back to the ground, "Yes! hahha! Papow!"

caliber felt pain erupt on his body.

 

but he didnt let that slow him down.

 

he landed on the ground, and immediately jumped up at ice blizzard. he had sheathed his sword, and was going for a move violet had once pulled on him. he slammed into ice blizzard in mid-air, propelling them both even higher. caliber flipped ice blizzard beneath him, trying his best to make sure ice blizzard stays on the bottom of the two.

 

they started to fall back to the arena.

Blizzard noticed felt himself go higher and as they fell, "Oh shoot! Fall breaker!" Blizzard put an ice shield portion orund himself and Caliber so they wouldn't get hurt after landing, "There we go. I noticed you tried to take advantage of my air fighting style. Not bad, but..remember how you said I couldn't juggle? :comeatus: " Blizzard uppercuted Caliber into the air, and before he landed, he did it again, and to finish, he used the freezeing charge to send Caliber flying back a few feet. "Aha! Who says I can't juggle?"

caliber landed on the ground, rubbing his jaw. "bro...my mouths starting to hurt...ya know, cause of all the uppercuts?"  unsheathed his sword. "but...you haven't seen nothing yet!" 

 

he activated his dark magic. his trademark dark aura didnt appear, though. he restrained how much dark magic he used, didnt wanna scare the kids. he dashed at ice, apparently gliding. he had more control, and his strikes became more precise. becoming much harder to dodge.

Blizzard whistle innocently for a bit at Caliber's statement, "Whoops. Sorry. If you got your dark magic on then I guess I might as well do something big as well... " Blizzard slammed his hooves together and shot a concentrated ice blast at Caliber to stop him, "Take this!"

caliber started using ninjutsu. his breathing got shallow, his heart rate decreased, and his entire body relaxed. for him, time seemed to slow down. "ice, i wont go easy on you..." he said, as he elegantly dodged the ice. his body seemed lighter to him, so his speed further increased. power would go down, however. he grinned, and started using his sword in a way that makes it hard to dodge, since he was going even faster, not to mention his increased control.
