Ice stayed quiet throughout Ticktock's banter. Apparently, he wasn't entertained by the idea of listening to him complain about Twilight all the time. So, he simply did as instructed, and walked after Twilight, because it was the only thing  worth his time at the moment, "Let's go, guys."

"Sup? How are ya? My name is Icesius Blizzard. Welcome to the team, Arcing. You think you got what it takes to hang with us?"

"I'm fine, thanks, Blizzard. And I surely hope I do." Storm answered with a wide, confident smile, flashing his white teeth at the blue stallion. He then turned to the mare with the ice wolf when he heard her greeting him.

 

"Well met, Arcing Storm," she began, putting a hoof over her heart, "I am Tyra Shatterhoof, of the Frozen North's Shatterhoof Clan! And this is my ice wolf, Blizzard."

 

The wolf in question flicked her tail in a friendly manner, and the mare put out her hoof for the newcomer to shake.

The black stallion reached over to the offered hoof with his and shook it. "It's a pleasure to meet you, miss Shatterhoof." He then used his wing to pet the wolf on its head gently. He then turned to the final member of the group he would work with, who seemed to be very dressed.

 

Ticktock stretched out his hoof "Pleasure to meet you my names Ticktock resident magic master and swords pony."

Storm took the offered hoof and shook it as well. "Pleased to meet you too, Ticktock. I hope I will come in handy to you and the others." Once done introducing himself, he turned to Twilight when she yelled out commands.

 

After having rested, Storm got up and stretched on the deck, spreading his wings before folding them back to his sides.

 

"This is as far as we can go,we whant to have element of suprise." She then looked at all of our heroes and contineued "Can you all walk? Or some of you are even afraid of that?"

"I'm ready to go, Princess Twilight." Storm answered, pulling out his sword to check it before putting it back in. When the princess of friendship started to walk off the ship, he followed after her along with the others. He seemed to be a quiet type, not talking much as they walked.

Blizzard blinked upon being pet by Arcing's wing, but then her tail began to wag as she dipped her head down, giving Arcing an easier time to reach it.

 

Tyra, meanwhile, was warming herself up with stretches and hopping in place. She rolled and craned her head, the joints in her neck popping.

"I am ready anytime," She boasted, a toothy smirk on her muzzle.

And with this our heroes were out,onces again into the unknown.They moved out from Glory of Egzrestia the same wave they got on it.And as soon as they toched solid ground they seen Rarity,thet joined this litle group.

 

Sun did start to dive behaind the horizont,but this was matered just a little as this day was annyway full of clouds and sun did not been seen all day long.And at this moment our heroes were on the opened,no were to hide if they were to get atacked.Twilight looked at a sky and looked at our heroes "We are going to make a camp here,we dont whant to run into the enemi at midle of night." Rarity smailed at Twilight and said "Il make a little fire,but if some one whant to eat.It would be beter if you cared some food,as I got non." She had small soft smaile on her face as she was talking to our heroes.Then she moved a litle away and made a small fire on place she was stwnsing just a moments ago.

Ice nodded. Luckily his skills in survival would aid him in being out here without much for the time being. Fortunately, he was able to get a feel for the environment. He began to look around, and scout the area, to see what kinds of life were present, "interesting."

Ticktock hufed "As much as i hate to admit it Sparkles is right." Ticktock then turned to Twilight "However if you dont mind me making a sugestion, you keep ponies awake on the airships and have them do fly arounds every some often to makes sure there arent an foes comeing to attck us."

Blizzard could not see much in his scouting,maybie because it was night and all little creature were sleping.All he could see is a green grass with three here and there,it looked safe and there were no signs of emenis annywere.

 

Twilight looked at the Ticktock and then started "....so we got off the airship because we dont whant to alert enemis of us coming.And now you sugest to call in airship to patrol...yes greeat idea." Twilight voice was little anoyed,as she still did not know what Ticktock is - friend or foe

Tyra and Blizzard exited the ship, taking a curious look at their surroundings. The suggestion to set up a campsite filled the mare with some excitement, her braided tail waggling.

 

"Blizzard and I shall search for food!" She volunteered proudly, grinning ear to ear, "Then we may share stories around the fire with full bellies and high spirits!"

 

She hopped onto Blizzard's back and propped her forehooves on her fluffy head, which didn't seem to bother the large wolf at all.

"Now, where may we find a river...?" She muttered, missing the taste of cooked salmon.

Ticktock's eye twitched at Twilights coment before he took a deep breath in and out then turned around and began to walk "You know it was only a sugestion no need to bite my head off about it...Oh and also if there were any enemies around, i think they would have been alerted by the sound of a giant metal beast hitting the ground, nice thinking there, nice thinking there."

Ice looked back to Ticktock, who seemed like the last pony whose saltiness he wanted to be around, "Yeah....I'll go look for firewood," he said as he walked off from the area in search of wood, "Better there than here. Ticktock has it bad with Twilight over there."

"Yes,they would be alerted by event thet happen miles away, sex hours ago." Twilight said to Ticktock,at this point she thinked thet this pony is not so bright in the head. Frst tell out loud plan to take over airship and now this,in her maind he was an idiot.

As Twilight was speking slow wind started to blove true our heroes litle camp.At this point it looked like they were on some sort of camping and not on a trail of a crazy mare thet destroy Equestria,one part at a time. It was a beautfull night,with cristal white moon behaid small clouds.

Ice had gathered enough firewood to last them a few nights, and placed some of it in the middle of the campsite, "Now all we need is a way to start this thing."

 

He found himself looking at Rarity again. Her beauty was enough to keep him distracted as he stood there.

Rarity looked at Blizzard with her soft look thet was iluminated by the little fire she made when they stoped.And said with soft voice "Whay dont you put them in this fire? We dont need double camp fire." She was smaileing as she was talking and even after she finished talking smaile did not decapired from her face.

Ice blushed, began to twiddle his hooves and stammer, "O-oh. there was already a fire....haha....I knew that," he said with faux cockiness.

 

He put a few of the logs on the fire, and sat down on a big log in front of the fire, "Hah..it's beautiful out here tonight isn't it, Rarity?" he said, still blushing.

Storm followed the group over to the campfire, looking around as they walked. Just before he was sure that they  could rest, he flew up into the air and looked around, making sure that no one was trying to ambush them. Once done, he landed back onto the ground and decided to head over to Tyra by the river. "What are you trying to do, Miss Shatterhoof?" He asked with a friendly smile, staying on the shore as he watched her looking around in the river for something.

 

Tyra and Blizzard were standing in the river, watching as fish swam by their legs. The water was just below knee-height for the mare, thankfully, so it wouldn't be a problem for her.

 

Her ears flicked as she heard somepony mention her, and with a swift motion, hers and Blizzard's heads jerked into the water, emerging moments later with a fish in each muzzle.

 

"Fishing!" The mare chirped, proudly strutting toward the shore.

Meanwhile Ticktock had ignored what Twilight had said (he honestly didnt care.) However one thing he did not want to do was spend the night in the same camp as Twilight, so after walking for a bit Ticktock came across a river (just a bit up stream from Storm, Tyra and Blizzard.) His horn began to glow a vibrant shade of purple before a light (like a flare almost) filled the area with light for a second and his tower appeared before quickly being turned invisible, Ticktock then walking in and went up to the library where he began to read a book.

 

 

(The light can only be seen by Storm, Tyra and Blizzard. Just not anyone in the camp)

"Yes...." Rarity said to Blizzard with same voice as before,she did not look at Blizzard as she talked to him, she looked at a camp fire in front of her.Fire did iluminate smaile on her face as she was talking.Rarity contineued "....this night is so beutifull,it is so quait...like Scarlet is not even out there,trying....to do something." As she talked smaile slow decapired from her face.

Ice nodded, "Yeah, ain't that the truth...fortunately we all can have a temporary break from all this fighting and stuff. And simply kick back and relax."

 

He looked up at her, "Hey....is something wrong? Come on, turn that frown upside-down. We have no worries for now. We have peace and quiet. Let's enjoy it while we can, ok?" he said with a comforting smile.

"Yes sure..." Rarity answered,still looked.After sge answered to Ice,she lowered her head in front of a fire,thet looked like it dance in this night.She looked at this dance of fire and closed her eyes.

 

This calm night was maybie is just an ilusion in this,now much more dangerus,world.

Ice sat down and smiled at Rarity. She was beautiful, yes. But also a bit worried as ice could tell. He wanted to make sure that no one was stressed out unnecessarily tonight, as they needed rest for tomorrow, "Stay calm, Rarity. As long as we all stick together, we can overcome anything. Me and my friends have. Nothing says you can't."

Tyra turned her head as a bright light shone in the distance for a few moments, and then dissipated. She and Blizzard tilted their heads, unsure what to make of the anomaly.

 

After a few moments, the mare shrugged and turned back to her companion. "Would you like some too? I can catch you one!"

"You are a cute when you think thet all of this...Scarlet and evrything...." Rarity started as she opened her eyes and looked at a fire onces again "...is just what you look.You and your team may have luck to have an win strike.But on other front we are losing.....Thos molten dogs,kill and burn more and more on the north evry day......Aetherblades are geting biger and biger,and now have fleets of airships with pony power to run all of them..." Rarity smailed at a fire "....You are one of a lucky ones..." And at this moment Twilight did look at Rarity and said "Quit scaring him,they maybe geting stronger,but we can win this,right kid?" The lest question was aimed to non other then Blizzard.

Ice blushed like a stupid little colt when Rarity said he was cute, and started to tune out a little, "She said I was....c-cute!"

 

He then started to listen once again when she mentioned the molten dogs and other enemies. And when Twilight spoke, he smirked and nodded, "Heck yeah we can. And don't worry about me, I'm not scared. Just a bit wary of these guys. Other than that, it's smooth sailing from here."

 

He turned to Rarity again, "We got this."

"Yes..." Rarity said to Blizzard.

And soon later others, Storm Tyra and Ticktock returned to the camp.And rest of the night did gone as picefully as it was till now.

 

The next morning,sun rose and started to over take lifeless horizonts around our heroes camp.This looked like it should be another day like before,stop Scarlet and again be a hero....but litle our heroes know thet today it would be different.Today was the day thet true strenght of our heroes,and all of Equestria would be tested by Scarlet Briar....today Scarlet will show her true teeths....

Rarity and Twilight were already awake and at this moment they started to wake our heroes up,so they could finish there mision.It was still early morning,but as one pony onces said 'Early bird gets the worm.'
