Well you wanted to learn sword play did you not? There are many techniques in swordsmanship that don't involve the weapon itself. Again, speaking from actual experience.

Lektra is impressed at the dodging ability though. Can they go out for milkshakes now, or would you rather the spinning razors of pain get launched and cause bleeding or loss of limbs? Of course that would be your choice.

I can vouch, though. Being A DM is a MAJOR pain in the @$$.

 

Planning plot, keeping the other participants interested, trying not to rub others the wrong way, and then if that wasn't enough, real life can hit like a truck at the most random of moments.
