Wilhelm isn't exactly showing it, but he has a bit of a love/hate relationship with Twilight. He is attracted to her and he respects her, but he also views her as inexperienced, unworthy of alicornship, and they're academic competitors in two areas. So the next interaction a ours be interesting.

He's not showing it IC, but you write it very visibly to the reader which I personally appreciate. Also, any particular reason he's negative to Lektra? Is it because she's ignoring him for the most part? Just wondering.

He dislikes her because of how she makes a big show over giving her enemies the choice between death or befriending her. He doesn't think it's much of a choice, and he finds it morally distasteful.

Cause that's not allowed, for a number of reasons besides RP rules. Either we keep fighting and her enemy dies because they're losing at that point, or they can respect each other and become friends. He has a twisted morality. Mercy is a good thing.

In the case of the arena or someone obviously volatile like Trixie, he would knock them unconscious- but by no means would he force them to do things with you and pretend, for however much of a short time, to be friends with you, all under the threat of imminent death. Ice gets it. There's no letting them walk away, because they don't want to. Once mutual respect is earned, friendship usually follows. Some turn into rivals though, and some are thickheaded like Trixie. I really wish Twilight would knock her around a couple of times to explain that she deserves respect, but unfortunately there's no place for that in the show. There's always RPs like this and fanfics.Thank you. I would like to have a talk with him IC if he would initiate the conversation. Lektra is actually shy and doesn't initiate.

I think the Thor-ing as Corona called it got Trixie to respect her. Lektra respected her for managing to not get totally obliterated by that attack. I don't call it as such and created it on the spot, but by your standards Ice, that was a 'super attack'. Maybe not on the level of DINE, cause yours takes time to charge and is not in one turn, but somewhere around there. I acknowledge a real super attack should turns to charge.

 

Or maybe its fine. Lektra severely drained her reserves for that. Notice her thoughts at the start of my last post. Hold on I gotta find it.

Well IMO so far Electro girl is about a 3 on Hokuto's tier list.

Yea he believes she's 3 or 2. I don't think it's entirely accurate cause I adjust my writing to the situation. I'm not going to just go nuts on a character who's weaker. I only had her summon her armor on Skitz cause he's a joke character who was being defensive+random and Mars and I both knew that was gonna be over quick.

Right so Electro girl was like:

"F8ck it! I can't figure him out so I'll waste his flank instead."

 

Well I agree because of that armor she's a 3.

 

I say IB's a 4 due to his hoof based skills, and his ice is the cherry on top tier wise. As well as the DINE being a destuctive nuke of freezerburn, I'd say 4 is about fair.

Be sure to watch a lot of videos about metalbending and Magneto in preparation for fighting Lektra, cause that's about how it's gonna go soon as they try to blast each other and end up canceling.

I also think that's why fighting games don't even have something like that because what's the point if all we say is, "Ok I'm a high tier and you're a low tier, so I automatically win."

 

So as assistant DM I'm saying it like this:

DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT take that tier system seriously, as it's mostly innaccurate conjecture based on opinion. (No offense to Hokuto. )

None taken. Like I said, its flawed, and heavily flawed at that. Its only there for me to base how strong a character could be at certain intervals and what not. While flawed though, it is at least flexible in the sense that you could apply techniques to it, putting individual moves themselves on a scale just to judge about how powerful it is. Plus, a character's tier rating is affected by countless variables, like personality, opponent, etc. Like if Kazas was SOMEHOW fighting an opponent in a volcano, then he would jump from his base tier of 4 to around a 2 or 1. Its more meant to be a sort of, well... pre-build deal, just deciding on what you want your parameters and abilities to be. ^___^
