Tesla coil in the hilt; when charged, delivers an immense amount of voltage through the blade of the sword. Stuns, may cause unconsciousness.

Fragmentation crystal; the crystal in the pommel of the sword has been enchanted so that if it is ever removed, it works something like a shrapnel antipersonnel grenade on a five-second timer.

Explosive arrows

Tranquilizer arrows

Normal arrows

Shock arrows

Sonic/Breaching arrows

Flashbang arrows

Ceramic-head, wooden-shaft arrows

 

Hooves:

Steel horseshoes; extra damage in hoof attacks

 

Misc.:

Sleeves storage; literally tricks up his sleeves. Concealed by his tweed coat is one hidden blade on the left foreleg, such as in Assassin's Creed.

Severance Charges; nasty mix of shaped-charge, plastic explosive, and thermite. If you place this on pretty much anything, it's gone. Used for severing bridges, cutting thick ropes, shearing off catwalks, and generally anything that needs to be cut through. Works best on metal.

"Blackhawk" Password Worm/Firewall Cracker; if in a space with computers, Wilhelm can hack them given enough uninterrupted time. Posts to complete depends on difficulty of the task at hand.

Actually, he the thows stuff with his wings. It's established in show canon that pegasi can use their wings like hands. But, you know, for the hell of it, I'll have him throw grenades at some ponies with his mouth.

Well, maybe for the other guys IF they somehow survived. Kazas won't come back from that, unless you have a spell that somehow reverses chemical changes in matter, let alone sticks it all back together in its original form. You can't revive much out of ashes.
