No, seriously, if I remember anything from the roleplay that I had been in where Luna dated Wilhelm, who she had known for several years, one of the reasons Luna broke up with Wilhelm was that she could only make a commitment if she had known the pony for a very long time; an unfortunate side affect of immortality. IRL, the majority of people are unable to trust anyone to the "serious" degree if you didn't know them for a large period of your life. This has been experimentally demonstrated through statistics, and since this holds true for more or less everyone, I would assume an immortal alicorn may have some commitment or trust issues.

She didn't care about later... or going steady... She cared about right then and only then and I'll be honest, I've done the same thing Luna just did.  I've made decisions on the fly based off of emotions. Luckily mine didn't backfire.

 

Whether hers will or not, idk. But She broke up with Wilhelm due to the fact she couldn't do something long term, not short term. So y'all are acting like this is a relationship, it's not. Not yet. So keep that in mind.

Got it. But if you screw with Luna's feelings, if she doesn't go all Nightmare Moon on you and if Celestia doesn't get pissed off, you might find an arrow sticking out of your eye. Totally just saying, not at all threat to make absolutely sure that you don't screw with Luna (literally or figuratively) in case this turns into a relationship, which it likely will at some point, because NT is just a lucky bastard like that.

Luna or NT gets kidnapped or something, and Wilhelm has to work with either NT or Luna to rescue the kidnapped one, in which (if NT is kidnapped) there will be a lot of awkwardness, or (if Luna is kidnapped) there will be a lot of manly jokes, some awkwardness, and a disproportionate amount of brohoofs. Oh, and there's working out annoyances and grievances on both sides, but who cares? We're just here for beating up monster flank and feels, and I happen to be all out of feels.

I don't know if anyone's noticed it by now, but Luna and Celestia come with absolutely ridiculous emotional baggage. If NT goes through with this, he's going to be stepping on glass for the rest of his life. She said it herself; she's already been broken, and she has nothing left to lose. Anyone want to guess how this one will fall through?
