well, caliber's masters, (hunter and ronin, mainly) are kinda OP. not ruk, though, but he's a sword-user, too.

im just thinking one thing, tho...a kid as fast as the flash? first thing that sprung to mind was "OP." cant exactly win a fight if you cant land a hit.
