Hmm an earth pony with ice? The way I see it any how an earth pony who can use magic has to have a focusing point. A focusing point can be a staff or wand. Sorry I like to play video games like Dragon Age Inquisition.

Well she didn't have to make eye contact with them. They had to see her eyes.

If goggles is all one needs to resist Fluttershy's Stare then certain things wouldn't have happened. But I see your point. So she will do a dark thing and make them fall from the sky.

And you had to use the wonderbolts. Wow.
