request 16-bit pony OC

Hey guys, I really love 16 bit styles, I was wondering if someone could make my OC Mane Quest in a 16-bit style potentially with different frames for animation purposes (Starbound ponies anyone ) I will put up a picture of Mane Quest as drawn by Swinton who hangs around on the forum doing some pretty good non-vector artwork. 

I would really appreciate a 16-bit style version of my OC (and remember that he is an earth pony with a Big Mac style mane if swinton sees this he will understand)

32-bit would be fine if it is easier

Sorry Swinton, still not really the way I pictured it, I installed a mod for starbound so that I could create a basic mock up of what the character would be like and I am editing it in photoshop to put up here now for reference.

 

Okay that is my starbound mock up character I created, it isn't great but that is almost exactly the design I want, I kinda wanted it animated or at least an animated version which would talk a lot longer but I can provide essentially a base you could work off of from the starbound mod.
