caliber dashed at lightning as soon as he saw the aura surround rave's horn, and tried to block the blast with his sword.

 

it burned, and stung, but hey. more sand grains in a sang pile.

 

"we can here to find the source of the shadows!" caliber declared, putting on a brave face mask. "and if your the source, then your the one who hurt my friends!!"

We stopped her tornado, letting the shadows hit the walls, "yeah, but you were the one that started the shadows originally, you made them attack Ponyville and attack us, MULTIPLE times!" "I don't care if you are just protecting where you live! you need to leave innocent ponies alone!"

Blizzard saw what was happening and tried to help, "Get out!" he shot a constant beam of ice at Rave, hoping he would drop Lighting, "That's right! Come on! Come on, bring it on ya creep! Hooves off my friends dammit let Lighting go, now! You hear me? Or else you'll really feel it!"

Rave turned his attention on Ice. "I will feel it? You are about to feel extreme pain. "Rave fired a beam of shadow, however, it did not seem to do any physical damage, but rather, started to attack Ice's mind. Bringing up his worst fears and nightmares. He looked back at Lightning. "There is no such thing as 'innocent ponies'. They are all guilty. They will all pay for their crimes". Rave then started to pull Caliber with his levitation magic towards him. Trying to draw them into the circle.

"I'm not going to run away like a scared-y pony!" "I'm going to fight to protect my friends, and," she said, looking at rave,m"friendship is the strongest magic there is! No spell will break our friendship" she pulled the sword she bought out of her bag, the sword immediately changed its appearance, it changed to a jagged, lightning bolt shaped sword and had some sparks floating around its blade" she smirked

Rave looked at Lightning unimpressed. "You got a sword. That is nice for you. However, I am afraid that weapons don't really impress me". Rave's teeth seemed to grow larger as Caliber got closer to him. It looked like as if Rave was going to bite his head off.

caliber felt himself get drawn, and he did the natural thing.

 

he chucked his sword at rave like a spear, as hard as he could, aiming to impale his chest. hopefully, with all the spells he's casting, he wont notice until its too late.

 

this was caliber's last ditch effort. the blackness around his vision was becoming too hard to keep at bay.

"LET CALIBER GO!" She fired a bolt of lightning at rave once again, "YOU ARE A CRAZY LUNATIC RAVE!" She broke the line of spell that was pulling caliber in. "She growled at rave once again, "once this is over, you will regret you did all of this rave" she made her storm cloud grow bigger

Rave cried as he felt a lot of pain. However, he let the sword stick out of him. "NOOOOOOOOOOO, YOU WILL BE THE ONES THAT WILL REGRET EVERYTHING". The sword seemed to loosen and fall from him, the wound healing. However, he stepped out of the circle and it seemed as if his body was starting to rip itself apart, however, he was only growing larger and larger. Dark crystals sprouted from his back and one from his right front hoof. Madness was in Rave's eyes. Any sort of reasoning was now useless.

Blizzard was experiencing his worst fears in his mind, "Ahh! No! Rarity!!!" He did his best to shake them off, "This isn't real! It's just Rave's tricks! I'm gonna tear that bucker a new one!" He activated his Maverick style, and got into his thinking position as he mentally fought off the nightmares and prepared himself. "We got him on the run!! Get him again guys!"

LSs ears went down when dark crystals sprouted from his back. She stepped back a few steps. But then walked back forward. "Uh....idk guys, I think if we get close to him, we'll be torn to shreds......AH FORGET THAT! We gotta stop this guy at all costs!" She fired lightning at the dark crystals in attempt to break them

The crystals seemed to absorb the lightning. It seemed that the crystals were now starting to use the others strength against them. Rave's body continued tearing itself apart. Scars started to appear all over his body and black liquid started to leak from his body like blood. While Rave was outside the circle, he was hurting himself, however, he was mad right now. He roared and started charging at the others, his maw open wide.

Blizzard had shook off the nightmares and concocted a plan, "I'll freeze 'em you break 'em guys! Move out!" Blizzard began to shoot ice at Rave's back crystals, hoping to freeze them. His plan was to freeze the crystals solid, so his team could destroy them by shattering them.

"LETS DO THIS" she ran forward, blasting the frozen crystals with lightning, shattering them, "your plan's working IB! :D". She looked at humble, "Humble, play the highest note you can on your flute, maybe the pitch with cause some of the crystals to break" then she went back to blasting more frozen crystals

Rave felt deep pain as his crystals were being shattered. He tried to grow more, but some of the ice had frozen over where the crystals tried to sprout from. From his horn came a blast of green fire at Ice Blizzard. He then turned his focus on Lightning and charged her. He tried to bite Lightning, snapping his big jaws at her.

Blizzard had to stop for a moment when he was shot at with fire, he backflip jumped away from it, "Flamers back it up! New one!" he sent ice creeping along the ground to reach the fire and extinguish it, "Hold on guys, I'll help again in a sec. Gotta get around this first..."

"Woah!" She said, flying away from Raves big teeth, "no need to use your teeth, yeesh" she flew down and whacked raves teeth with her sword, causing a few to crack. "Let's see you try and bite me now rave" she said, snickering a little, then flying on top of her cloud, waiting for raves next move

Rave was only becoming angrier, not because of the taunts since those were not working, he no longer understood any form of words due to his madness, however, he did react to physical. pain. A few of his teeth got loose and more black liquid started to leek from him. Any pony who touched it would get burned badly. He struck Lightning with an arcane spell in the left wing.

Blizzard had finally managed to extinguish the surrounding flames. Once he did, he backed up some more and shot ice at not only his crystals, but his teeth as well, "Go for it Lighting Strike! Get him again!" he said as he kept on blasting Rave's teeth and back crystals with ice.

Raves arcane blast knocked LS off her cloud "ah!" She yelled as she fell to the ground. After she hit the ground, she slowly stood up, legs wobbling a little, then tried to fix the wing that had been hit. She tried to fly up, but couldn't, so she folded her wings down. "Oh well, guess I'll be fighting from the ground now" she said, pulling the sword back out

A part of Rave's horn broke lose and fell to the ground 2 teeth got shattered. He started to regain his senses, coming out of his madness. He wore a face of concern as he realized they were actually doing damage to him. So he started heading back to the circle, black liquid still leaking from his body, making a trail after him.

Blizzard made a leaping pu ch to Rave's back, "Guys! Don't let him get back to that area over there! He's vulnerable when he's over here, so keep on him, we're winning this one!" he said as he then jumped off of Rave's back and proceeded to try and cover his back in ice.

Rave snarled as he unleashed an uncontrollable wave of purple energy that seared everything it touched. It melted the ice on his back but also burned it a lot. He kept on walking towards the circle. He was determined to get over there. Once in there, he could regenerate.

LS stabbed Rave in his hoof with her sword. "GUYS! Keep him away from that circle!" She backed up so she wouldn't touch the purple stuff. Then brought her cloud over to her so she could defend herself with lightning if rave attacked her again. Blu was at zecoras hut again, helping to protect them, she kicked skylars shadow in the face

Rave fell down. He thought of something. "Why haven't I thought of it before?" he thought to himself. "Because you have no vision, you are not brave enough to take everything a step further" the dark voice within his head said. "NO MORE MERCY". His horn glowed red with abundant amount of magic. Something started to split from him. Suddenly a shadow of Rave stood in front of him, inside the circle. It seemed to heal the wounds that the real Rave had been inflicted. "Let's see how well you fair when there are two of us!".
