Felt like drawing and happened to stumble across this thing. I'm not really into Pokemon much but this guy was so cute I just had to draw it.

I wasn't aware of that it looks like it would be a water type I am not very well versed beyond r/s/e because I've never had a system to play the games after that (except fire red and leaf green ofcourse)
