technical issue cannot see the password reset email

HELP!!

 

I forgot my password.

I asked to reset password then I got a mail saying to click here to reset. after doing that I get a message on that page saying an email will be sent to me with the new password.

 

I didn't get it.

 

and I cant log in anymore

 

im accessing this page from a link in history that seems to have me logged in.

 

please help. I don't want to be locked out forever!!!!

Did not see this before now. I see you were logged in earlier, are you still using the history link, or did you finally get the email?

i'm using the history link.

no I haven't received an email yet. ive initiated the process a few times. nothing.

I have however received mail that you quoted me :/
