Nightmare Moon laughed. "You're petty insults have no barrings on me." She stated, her expression quickly going stone cold as she snorted, pawing at the ground with her hoof. "But now, let's get move onto business."

 

 

At the Mare of the Night's command King Sombra emerged behind the queen, blasting a large beam of magic in her direction, attempting to take her on by surprise while Nightmare Moon conjured up daggers from the shadows around her to begin her phase of the attack.

Finding that she wasn't getting anywhere with this, Alex decided to try and find another way around this. Figuring her targets were locked away somewhere, she sought after royal guard members first, finding the easiest ways to knock them out so they weren't alerted by what she planned to do next.

 

Once she was sure they were all dealt with, she ruffled her hair up a bit and returned to her 'non-controlled' facade, eyes clear blue, she wandered around the halls, stumbling about in a panic. "H-hello! Is there anypony else here! The guards! They're all unconscious! I-I fear there's evil inside the castle! Please! I-Is there anypony that can help me! It's only a matter of time before they find me!"

Celestia was listening to whatever what going on outside the door when suddenly she heard someone crying for help. "Lavender, I think there's someone outside, and it sounds like they're in trouble. We should let them in." Celestia told Lavender. The pony sounded like it was in desperate need of help.

Faust deflected the magic blast with her blades, returning fire to the other dark magic wielder. Faust then raised her wings before taking off in a flash towards Nightmare Moon. Her swords swung to the ready, her speed was unseen before, landing in front of Nightmare and swung her swords.

Lavender could hear the yelling and panic outside from somepony, but it was a voice she didn't recognize. "It'll be just fine dears you two just stay in hear and don't open the door for anypony but me or your mother. I've taught you a little magic Tia and you also have my flowers, use them only as a last resort ok." Lavender levitated the two fillies and gave them a kiss on the forehead. "If I don't come back in 5 minutes then hide in here ok." Lavender used her magic and cast a illusion spell and cautiously moved out of the door. Lavender walked out and shut the door behind her making sure her earth magic blocked the door, thin vines covered the door. She stood in front of the door looking at the diamond dog down the hall. "Who are you? I know everypony here and I know that there have never been any diamond dogs in the castle. They have stolen before and we don't let them in." Lavender was ready to die protecting these special fillies if she had too.

Nightmare Moon jumped back, throwing her daggers in front of her to block the blades aimed at her in the process. Once she successfully blocks the attack, throwing her shadowy knives at Faust.

 

Sombra in the process, harnesses his horns magic to create jagged black crystals that quickly started making their advance towards the queen, aiming to grab her and encase her in crystal.

 

 

"Oh, nonono, please." She begged, leaning a paw up against the wall. "M-my name is Alex. I-I came to try to warn everypony about an army.. j-just outside the city's borders. I-I barely got away from them... but when I got here... A-all the guards I could find were unconscious. And the doors to the queen's chambers are locked... I-it's only a matter of time before they... —L-look out!!" She exclaims as her eyes widen with even more terror, pointing to the opposite side of the hall, behind the mare at some 'shadowy figure or whatever'.

Celestia hugged Luna. "Don't worry everything will be fine. Lavender will come back." 

 

Without realizing it Celestia dropped the flower that Lavender gave her. She was frightened that something terrible out there was happening and she had no idea what it was.

She was ready for an attack from either side, she had vines hidden under the stone floor ready to strike in defense.

The daggers cut through the lighter mail of her armor easily causing Faust to wince in pain, while the crystal made its way to her. Once they were close enough she jammed her sword into the black crystals, they cleared and shone brightly having been purified. But then phase two happened, her horn lit up and she poured her magic into her sword and the magic was shot out in multiple beams towards the two intruders.

Shortly after the Queen recieves the light wounds, all there feels an aura of light and Love fill the room. "No one hurts my friends and gets away with it." Says a female voice. Nightmare Moon quickly realizes it is the voice of Crystal Queen of the Flutterlings. A Flutterling Stallion steps out with Glowing pink eyes. The aura shows its primary effect as Queen Faust's wounds begin to heal. "Ambassador aid the Queen anyway you can. My power is your power. More are coming." Crystal says through him. His eyes return to normal but the aura is still there. "Yes my queen. With my life if I must." He stands ready for battle. He wields a glowing pure white crystal sword and crystal shield.
