Linguz 140 November 16, 2011 Share November 16, 2011 I liked it, but you have a lot of beginner mistakes. Most of this post was done in my reviewer frame of mind so don't expect me to sugarcoat the problems. Instead, I tell them bluntly. Take a little more time when making the video, watch it at least once from start to finish once it's been exported. A lot of frames got through that belonged to the scene before the one you wanted to use. They appear for a frame or two, then disappear, but still visible. This only happened in the first 12 seconds. When you look at a video frame by frame, remember that there are frames in between those frames that the video will pass through. Nice lip syncing during the crowd scene, but it seems to get lazier towards the end. I could definitely hear Rainbow Dash around 0:53. I think I could hear Pinkie Pie later on as well around 1:06. And 100% definitely Pinkie Pie around 1:16. Instead of lowering the episode's sound, remove it. Pinkie Pie's scenes around 1:15 to 1:35 are exactly the same as in the show and doesn't go with the way the video had been going so far. All in all, you did a good job for your first attempt. If you kept the quality of the first half but removed the frames that aren't supposed to be there, it would have been a much better PMV. Lady Rarity Pony 4,894 November 16, 2011 Share November 16, 2011 (edited) Very well done especially for a beginner. I would suggest making sure you only have the frames you want in the video, I noticed a few spots in which it quickly flashed a frame of the next/prior scene. I wasn't sure whether you intentionally had Pinkie Pie saying "PAR-TAY" but after that I could hear her and Rainbow Dash talking which is a bit annoying. Overall I give it a 7.5/10 Some of the clips were very well placed and perfectly matched the lyrics Edited November 16, 2011 by Lady Rarity Pony LRP's opinions are subject to change without notice. Linguz 140 November 16, 2011 Share November 16, 2011 I wasn't expecting the first 12 seconds have mistakes, It just happens. I fell into the same trap by the video editing software. Don't trust it. Watch the video when you have it fully rendered before you upload it. Frames are there between the frame slots in the video editing software and you might or might not see them when you're watching the video on the program. Which program did you use? Lady Rarity Pony 4,894 November 16, 2011 Share November 16, 2011 I suggest getting a better editing software. FIuttershy 49 November 16, 2011 Share November 16, 2011 I like the video but I think the energy of the song doesn't go well with the energy of this show. However you had a wonderful perspective that I noticed with the scenes you chose. Overall, for the time spent and your experience this is a very good video. 6/10 (Above Avg. - Thumbs Up) PSN: OtakuMakoto BEST PONIES: Fluttershy | Pinkie Pie | Derpy
