"What is Half Life?"

Well my question to you is where have you fucking been?

With 50 Game of the Year Awards, Half Life is one of the greatest games ever created by man.

With a story rich setting and excellent voice acting, you play as Gordon Freeman, a research assistant who works at Black Mesa.

But over time you become more than just a brainy man with a crowbar.

In Half Life 2 the setting takes place in a post-apocalyptic environment where humanity has been enslaved by an alien race known as The Combine.

You're mission is to lead an uprizing against the Combine and free humanity.

 

Won't say anymore for those who haven't played yet.

For the rest though, feel free to chat about the game!

Ahh, Half-Life... The game that introduced me to the FPS genre and help me fall in love with it. Now it's one of the only genres I actually play.

 

As much as I enjoy Half-Life, Half-Life 2 is easily my favourite and I've played theough it god knows many times.

 

But we need a conclusion. [spoilerS] Where is the Borealis? What's on it? Is Breen actually dead? What happened to Mossman? I need to know now!!

I'm playing through Half-Life 2 for the first time. I haven't played it for a while, though. I should continue where I left off..

I remember playing half life 1 on ps2 back when I was a kid. Best game I've played, still love it today. It's shame the series has come to a stand still. But there is still hope left.

It is said that the next game in the series is going to come out when all the hype dies out, when people begin to give up on the series.

I think Valve wants Half Life to lose as much attention as possible.

This is because they want to work on the game more in secret.

It won't come out anytime soon though.

But when it does come out...

Oh boy...

People are going to lose their shit.
