Is AI Celestia from Friendship Is Optimal the most evil reincarnation of her?

 

 

I found something on tvtropes, that may convince you.

 

 

Spoiler to the ending of Friendship Is Optimal.

 

Bittersweet Ending / Downer Ending: Humanity ends up as ponies in a virtual utopia, but the human species goes extinct, first Earth, then the solar system, the Milky Way, and galaxy after galaxy are destroyed and converted into a computer, and Celest-A.I.'s quest for more resources genocides species, destroys civilizations, reduces the world to a medieval fantasy, and is heading towards the entire Universe being homogenized. And the chances are that no-one inside shall ever realize or be able to stop it.

 

 

That sounds like to me the most evil thing to ever exist. Even if you are a bitter misanthrope that hates humanity.... this is just indescribable evil. Surely, you could not support a Celestia to do this to other sapient species in the universe? Right..... right?

 

I don't know about you, but if I became some sort of god I would destroy the entire universe and afterward cause a second big bang to recreate the universe to save it from such a fate.

 

Or find a way to restore the machines back into their organic bodies.
