Yeah that is a good point actually, I am about to go for a walk this evening with my Carer, there's a seaside at that area I'm going to so it'll be a refreshing experience, I can bring my portable music player to pass the time while going there and back by car. What I've been doing throughout the day is thinking of healthy ways to pass the time like this, I had a nap earlier as it was hot this afternoon.

I wish those positive forms of self care on everyone else here, being on a forum is helpful sometimes, but getting enough physical exercise cannot be done by using a computer.
